All Grade NdFeB Magnet Feature

NdFeB (Neodymium-Iron-Boron) magnets are a type of rare earth magnet known for their strong magnetic properties. Here are some of the main features of NdFeB magnets:

High Magnetic Strength: NdFeB magnets have the highest magnetic strength of all permanent magnets. They can produce a magnetic field that is more than ten times stronger than ferrite magnets.

Wide Range of Shapes and Sizes: NdFeB magnets can be manufactured in a variety of shapes and sizes, such as discs, rings, blocks, and cylinders.

High Temperature Resistance: NdFeB magnets can withstand high temperatures up to 200°C without losing their magnetic strength.

Brittle and Hard: NdFeB magnets are very brittle and hard, which makes them difficult to machine or drill. They can crack or shatter if dropped or subjected to impact.

Corrosion Resistance: NdFeB magnets have poor corrosion resistance and can quickly rust or corrode if not coated with a protective layer.

Cost: NdFeB magnets are more expensive than other types of magnets due to their high magnetic strength and the rare earth metals used in their manufacturing process.

Zhejiang Zhongke Magnetic Industry Co., Ltd categorize our ndfeb magnet into 3 series.

N33 Grade NdFeB Magnets:

Has a maximum energy product of around 33 MegaGauss-Oersteds (MGOe)

Offers moderate magnetic strength compared to other grades

Is a cost-effective option for applications that don't require high magnetic strength

Has relatively low-temperature resistance, typically up to 80°C

Can be magnetized in multiple directions due to its low coercivity

N35-N45 Grade NdFeB Magnets:

Have maximum energy products ranging from 35-45 MGOe

Offer high magnetic strength and are the most commonly used grades of NdFeB magnets

Have good temperature resistance, typically up to 120°C

Are more expensive than N33 grade due to their higher magnetic strength

Have higher coercivity, which means they can maintain their magnetism even in the presence of external magnetic fields

N48-N55 Grade NdFeB Magnets:

Have maximum energy products ranging from 48-55 MGOe

Offer extremely high magnetic strength and are the strongest grades of NdFeB magnets

Have excellent temperature resistance, typically up to 200°C - 200°C

Are the most expensive grades of NdFeB magnets due to their exceptional magnetic strength and performance

Have high coercivity, making them more difficult to demagnetize or demagnetize accidentally
